Awesome Pricing / Product Installed fine

Merely a short e-mail acknowledging a satisfied customer. I'd done my research in advance of making Office 2019 Professional Plus purchase from Indigo, including speaking directly w/ Sean (ext. 101), who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making a purchase decision. I had participated in MSⓇ's 'preview' programme, and was merely upgrading following 31.Dec. 2018 preview license expiration. 'Followed instructions from Indigo's .txt file directly: downloaded the .img; copied (and saved) product key directly from MSⓇ's http://setup.office.com dialog; and, installed offline from .img file.

All seems to be functioning without issue (actually, it's a little scary that all the historical paths appeared to have been retained in application(s), as I have micro-card with non-uniform paths that I use for all data (i.e., not on machine storage media.) In any event, just wanted to share that having a 'live' phone number to call (and a knowledgeable person who actually answered) was critical in my making a purchase decision. Thank you. And, please pass this on to Sean - he went out of his way to explain business model and legitimacy of the Prof. Plus alternative. I will be using indigo software company for all my future windows software needs

First and foremost I usually don't write testimonials. I decided to write one to show my experience buying software at indigo software company, I am currently a IT professional. I did some research on this company and finding many positive comments about this company I decided to buy Windows 10 pro for my new laptop.
The process of buying and installing was very strait forward using the instructions provided in an email. Anyone thinking on buying some software from this company should do so as I will be using indigo software company for all my future windows software needs. Plus you cant beat the prices!

Just purchased MS Office Home and Business 2016 for MAC. Everything went so smoothly that I thought I'd done something wrong. The Purchase process was flawless (I used Amazon purchase). Awesome Pricing / Product Installed Fine!

Dear Indigo, Thank you for providing a legitimate, affordable license for MS Project 2016 Pro. I installed it on top of an existing Office 365 Pro Plus subscription that otherwise didn't come with MS Project. Everything validated fine with Microsoft Office 365 on-line when it checked the key and added the software to the existing suite. Buying from a retailer would have costed 10X - 20X as much! And buying from a high- profile retailer usually means they are hard to contact for good support. Your can-do attitude and support friendly communications are a blessing. Keep up the good work!

By Jove I think I got it! Yes, I did finally resolve the password issue with MS and some how, by hook or by crook, the MS 10 was loaded onto my computer. I finally found out how to find the programs as you suggested by clicking on the white paned window at the bottom, far left corner of the screen and by scrolling through the list that popped up, I was able to access the programs. I purchased Office from Indigo some time ago, but in the aftermath of upgrading my PC's CPU and upgrading to Windows 11, the license was lost/deleted/corrupted/removed and my Office was deemed an unlicensed copy (with... the corresponding warnings from Microsoft.) The Team Indigo Helpdesk was (unlike some other "helpdesks") very helpful, resolving my issues promptly, even on a weekend. I am a Veteran disabled from a stroke , and built a New pc as therapy for my hand from components given to me as a gift, however I was having issues with my fresh new windows 10 Pro. Install and activation, 2 days... working on the issue ,and After hours on the phone with Microsoft support ,even they could not Resolve the Issue. I came upon the Indigo software website by accident. And thought I would send an email with my dilemma. It was late here on the east coast. I was very surprised in less than 1 hour I had received an email. With some instructions as to what I should look for. Emailed back a few screenshots of the errors. And 2 emails later. Within 1 hour . I was fully up and running. Issue was resolved. Not sure if I should mention a name, but I want to thank Michael of the Team Indigo Software Helpdesk ,,and company for resolving the issue. I highly recommend Indigo software for your Microsoft software needs. And their support is beyond fantastic. Please. Support this company. I purchased MS Office 2019 for my new computer in 2021. The Install went well and all was good. A little over a year later Outlook stopped being able to sign into the Comcast email. Talking to Comcast tech after several... different trials we found by deleting the Comcast account and reinstalling it fixed the problem. About a month later the problem happen again. The delete and recreate the account trick did not work. Comcast indicated it was a MS Outlook problem since my iPhone that uses the same interface and the webmail portal all worked with the account. I then contacted Indigo about the issue. I got an email the next day asking for the order #. A few days later a email with YouTube video links on how to setup the Office software. I replied with a second more in depth description of what had been tried to resolve the issue. I have not heard from them in a week now. I can't imagine someone dealing with this lack of responce if their business depended upon it. Fortunetly for me, it is just for home use. The problem may not be MS Outlook, but you have to be able to get the support / knowledgebase to work thru to the solution.Edit: As soon as I checked my email, Indego had responded with a proceedure to reinstall Office and make sure no other office products were installed. It worked and Office is resyncing with the email account now.read more
