1. Finalize Your Slides
Make sure all the slides, animations, and transitions are set up exactly how you want them. This will reflect in the final video.
2. Go to 'Export'
Click on File, then choose Export. Select Create a Video from the available options.
3. Choose Video Quality
Select the video quality (Full HD, HD, or Standard). For presentations with lots of visuals, Full HD is recommended.
4. Set Timings
Decide if you want to use recorded slide timings and narrations or set a default time for each slide. This affects the flow of the video.
5. Create the Video
Click Create Video and choose where to save the file. PowerPoint will now convert your presentation into a video, which can take a few minutes.
